Some language features of legal Terminology Related to Civil Servants in Vietnam

Abstract

Terminology is one of the key components of the vocabulary system in any language. In recent years, the study of terminological systems has received increasing attention from researchers. This article analyzes  2,080 legal terms related to civil servants, collected  from legal documents and sub-law documents regulating social relations in the field of cadres and civil servants, as well as legal dictionaries. Through this analysis, we point out some characteristics of the method of identification, content categories and identifying characteristics of the legal terminology system specific to Vietnamese civil servants.
