This paper presents the results of the study on designing an ESP syllabus for the students of youth work at Vietnam Youth Academy. The respondents consist of 78 youth workers who have much experience in their field. The data are obtained by quantitative and qualitative methods to ensure the reliability and objectivity. Based on the analysis of data collected from questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, the paper suggests the appropriate recommendations for designing an ESP syllabus for youth work students at Vietnam Youth Academy.
