A STUDY ON THE TRANSLATION OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT TERMS FROM ENGLISH INTO VIETNAMESE

Abstract

This study is an attempt to investigate the translation of strategic management terms from English to Vietnamese.  With 2119 English terms collected from strategic management books and materials and their Vietnamese equivalence, the focus of the study is on translation methods and translation equivalences between English and Vietnamese strategic management terms. It is expected that the findings of the study will help managers, learners, and teachers gain useful insight into the translation of strategic management terms from English into Vietnamese, therefore they can convey information more accurately and effectively.
