Current situation and solutions for university students to use online bilingual dictionaries

Abstract

Currently, choosing an online bilingual dictionary with quality, reputation, reliability, accuracy, rich vocabulary, easy-to-understand and easy-to-lookup interface has been a difficulty for users, especially for students learning foreign languages. Faced with this fact, the article investigates the current situation of using online bilingual dictionaries by 155 students of Faculty of English of Thuongmai University and Faculty of Foreign Languages of Academy of Finance. Besides, the article also surveys some difficulties that students may encounter while accessing online bilingual dictionaries, thereby offering suitable solutions to improve learning efficiency
