Abstract

The article analyzes some practical issues related to the implementation of the right to preserve and develop ethnic minority languages in Vietnam today, thereby proposing some solutions to improve implementation efficiency, and promote the preservation and development of ethnic minority languages in Vietnam in the future from a human rights approach.
