The difficulties in oral presentation in English of Engineering students at Hanoi University of Industry

Abstract

Students are required to give oral presentations individually or in pairs/ teams in several courses at universities. However, a big number of Engineering students at Hanoi University of Industry find presentations in general and presentations in English in particular extremely difficult. Therefore, I carried the study with the aim of finding out the problems that 3rd-year Engineering students of the University experienced. Moreover, I will suggest some solutions to handle these problems to help the students to make presentations better in the future
