The process of conceptualization and how to nominate color in languages

Abstract

The article studies the process of conceptualization and the way of nomination of color in languages - one of the important issues of human perception of the real world. Thereby, people, especially lexicographers, can research further on the meanings and mechanisms of creating new meanings of color words as defined in explanatory dictionaries of each language.
