Abstract

In the current context, the international and domestic situation has complex developments and many challenges. Besides, the deepening of the country’s comprehensive reform raises many new theoretical and practical issues. Hostile, reactionary forces and political opportunists seek to increase sabotage against the Party and State under many forms with very sophisticated tricks. Equipping young scientists, the country’s future generation with both political courage and good knowledge as well as expertise is an indispensable requirement. When the young scientists are educated, trained, and nurtured to become both “pink” and “professional” people, they will firmly participate in the struggle to protect the country.
