Studying the characteristics of Vietnamese antonymous compound words (compared with Chinese)

Abstract

Vietnamese antonymous compound words are a special category of vocabulary in the Vietnamese compound word system and even in the lexicology system. This article will start from the characteristics of Vietnamese antonymous compound words, study their word formation, etymology, and part of speech, and compare them with Chinese antonymous compound words to promote academic exchanges between China and Vietnam in terms of culture and language.
