Characteristics of addressing words of the Southern people through dialogues contained request actions in communication

Abstract

On the basis of a survey of 2,400 dialogues contained request actions in the Southern people’s communication, the article identified 41 words and 18 word combinations belonging to the semantic field used to address. From the number of surveys, we analyze and interpret words and word combinations related to addressing in the Southern dialect, thereby helping to clarify the habit of speaking, communication culture, behavior and local nuance of a region.
