In the realm of language acquisition, and specifically in the study of Vietnamese, pronunciation plays an unequivocally pivotal role. Pronunciation significantly influences listening comprehension skills. Consequently learners with inadequate pronunciation often encounter difficulties in mastering listening skills, resulting in academic performance inferior to peers with more adept pronunciation. Unfortunately, not all language learners fully grasp the importance of pronunciation, leading to a prevalence of pronunciation errors due to insufficient targeted practice. This study delves into the occurrence of Vietnamese pronunciation errors among almost all 100 Lao-Cambodian students enrolled at the Vietnam Military Medical University.
