The ethnic policies with the protection of the ideological foundation of the Communist Party and State of Vietnam

Abstract

The article presents objectively the contents of ethnic policies expressed in the Party documents through the National Party Congresses and the State’s Constitution; then comments and draws out the basic contents of the policies; putting them in relation to the international law; considers the plots of hostile forces to take advantage of the national problems, finding measures to combat such plots.
