Some structural models of Vietnamese dictionaries for students and proposing the general structural model of Vietnamese dictionaries for students

Abstract

The compilation of language dictionaries had appeared in the world for a long time, which has been reflected in the growth in both quantity and genres. Although the compilation of dictionaries appeared in Vietnam later than in the world, it recently has developed strongly. The most developed dictionaries are the language ones, including the Vietnamese defining dictionaries. The Vietnamese defining dictionaries which are available on the Vietnam market today include Vietnamese dictionaries for students, universal Vietnamese dictionaries, Vietnamese dictionaries for foreigners. The article discusses some structural models of Vietnamese dictionaries  for students and proposing the general structural model of Vietnamese dictionaries for students.
