Evaluation of student satisfaction with the basic English Information Technology course 3 using the blended learning method at Hanoi University of Industry

Abstract

The study focuses on evaluating the satisfaction level of students when studying the subject of English for Information Technology 3 through blended learning at the School of Languages and Tourism, Hanoi University of Industry. The research method utilizes a survey questionnaire with 150 second-year students majoring in Information Technology, in the third semester of the academic year 2022 - 2023. The results indicate that this blended learning approach has met the requirements for self- directed learning and has provided certain benefits for the learners. Therefore, based on these research findings, the article proposes some measures to enhance the quality of teaching and blended learning, aiming for better effectiveness during the digital transformation phase.
