Studying address terms in the world and in Vietnam

Abstract

Address terms have been considered a component of the national language system, conveying the linguistic characteristics and functions of thinking of a nation. The article is expected to review the research situation of the address terms in dissimilar areas in the world and in Vietnam, especially the researches on these terms in literary works.
