Assessment of the impacts and attitudes of cooperative learning on English reading skill of the first-year students of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry

Abstract

The paper studies the impacts of cooperative learning and surveys cooperative learning attitude and behavior towards English reading skill of the first-year students at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry. The results show that the first-year students are well aware of the impacts of cooperative learning on English reading skill; their cooperative learning attitude towards English reading skill is also quite good; their cooperative learning behavior towards English reading skill is at a regular level.
