Discussing the concept of public investment according to the provisions of the Law on Public Investment in 2019

Abstract

The article focuses on explaining the concept of public investment according to different perspectives of the world and Vietnam. On that basis, the article analyzes and evaluates whether the provisions of the Law on Public Investment in 2019 on recognizing the concept of public investment to be appropriate to the nature of public investment and proposes some amendments to complete these provisions.
