Influences of Confucianism’s moral thought in some Tay’s Nom poems

Abstract

The Tay people’s Nom poetry is a genre with a rich number and has a special position in the life of the Tay ethnic community. Tay’s Nom poetry expresses the profoundly cultural interference between Kinh and Tay people. Confucian moral thought has been introduced and had a great influence on the cultural life of our country. Especially, it has also shown its influence on literature. The article aims to clarify expressions of the influences of Confucianism’s moral thought by surveying, analyzing, and synthesizing them in some Tay’s Nom poems. Hence, we can understand further about the moral concepts, cultural and spiritual life of the Tay people.
