Current situation of processing parts of speech in some language dictionaries for students at present

Abstract

The information about parts of speech is one of the important information in the microstructure of the language dictionary. Currently, there have been some disagreements in classifying parts of speech in Vietnamese because of the different criteria of researchers. Therefore, the information about parts of speech in language dictionaries has been also treated differently. The article explores the current situation of processing parts of speech in some language dictionaries for students in order to get an overview and proposes how to give information about the parts of speech to be suitable for students.
