Studying dialect words in extended attribute from many different viewpoints

Abstract

The article presents a number of approaches to the study of dialect words, extending the traditional structural approach. Beside the traditional way of studying words from the point of view of structural systems, it can deepen the study of words from the point of view of language function, culture, perception, and more. This broader perspective allows to exploit the regional characteristics manifested in many different ways in a dialect language.
