Discussing solutions to improve the teaching of auxiliary postposition ‘이/가’ and ‘은/는’ for Korean-majored students at Hanoi University of Industry

Abstract

The subject case marker '이/가' and the auxiliary particle '은/는' are two basic and essential grammars. However, it is found that dificulties in using the gramatical rule of Korean are faced by Vietnamese Learners in genneral and student of the Korean language department at Hanoi University of industry in particular. This study focuses on analyzing students' errors in using particles '이/가' and '은/는' and finding out direct causes of these errors. Based on the research results, some solutions are proposed to improve the quality of teaching '이/가', '은/는' such as synthesizing and redistributing teaching content according to the spiral curriculum model, indicate the corresponding teaching method appropriate to the level of Korean learners.)
